Our Story

NoStress Commerce was founded in 2009 in the Czech Republic by a team that knew e-commerce from the inside. We weren’t researchers or theorists — we were practitioners who had spent years managing online stores and watching product data create endless, unnecessary headaches.

Back then, listing products on multiple channels meant manually exporting files, reformatting spreadsheets, re-uploading data, and hoping nothing had gone out of sync overnight. It was slow, error-prone, and completely unsustainable as the number of available channels kept growing.

So we built a solution.

In 2013, we turned that fix into Koongo — registering the trademark and launching it as its own dedicated feed automation service.

What started as a focused tool for feed automation quickly became a full-featured platform as merchants across Europe discovered it could save them hours each week. We expanded our integrations, refined our rules engine, and added support for every major e-commerce platform and marketplace our customers needed.

Today, Koongo connects over 1,500 online stores to more than 500 channels worldwide — from Google Shopping and Amazon to Bol.com, Idealo, Facebook, and hundreds more. The problem we set out to solve in 2009 is the same one we’re solving now, just at a much larger scale, for merchants in every corner of the world.

We remain a focused, product-driven company. Every feature we ship is built to save merchants time, reduce errors, and help them reach more customers without adding more work to their day.

What We Do

Koongo connects your online store to the channels where your customers are shopping — marketplaces, comparison shopping engines, ad platforms, and affiliate networks — and keeps every one of them in sync automatically.

Koongo runs on two products. Feed Manager builds and distributes product feeds — structured files with your product data — to channels like Google Shopping, Meta Ads, TikTok, and comparison engines such as Idealo or Heureka. Marketplace Manager is an API-based, wizard-guided integration for selling directly on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Bol.com, and Zalando, with full product, inventory, and order sync included.

Whichever channels you use, Koongo pulls your product data straight from your store. When a price changes, a product sells out, or a new item goes live, Koongo updates every connected channel in real time — and brings marketplace orders back into your store automatically.

We support all major e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, and more, so whatever your store runs on, Koongo integrates cleanly.

Automate everywhere you sell

Set up once, and Koongo handles the rest. Product feeds and marketplace listings both sync automatically — no manual exports, no reformatting, no outdated listings.

Sync orders and inventory automatically

Marketplace Manager brings orders from Amazon, eBay, Bol.com, and more straight into your store, and keeps stock levels updated both ways — so you never oversell or re-enter an order by hand.

Optimize per channel

Every marketplace and channel has its own rules and requirements. Koongo lets you apply custom filters, rules, and transformations per channel — for feeds and marketplace listings alike — so your data is always optimized, not just formatted.

Why 1,500+ Merchants Choose Koongo

15+ Years in Product Feed Management

We’ve been building and refining our platform since before multichannel selling was the norm. That experience is reflected in every feature: we know what edge cases look like, what breaks at scale, and how to make feed management genuinely effortless for merchants of all sizes.

500+ Ready-to-Use Channel Integrations

From global giants like Google Shopping, Amazon, and Facebook to regional powerhouses across Europe and beyond — our integration library covers the channels your customers actually use. New integrations are added continuously, so you’re never limited by our platform.

Real-Time Sync, Always Accurate

Outdated product data costs sales. Koongo keeps your feeds synchronized in real time, so price changes, stock updates, and new products are reflected across every connected channel as soon as they happen in your store.

How We Got Here

  1. 2009
Development of custom Magento webshops begins — the multichannel challenges we saw firsthand here later shaped Koongo’s own feed and marketplace tools.
  2. 2010
First Magento plugin launched, letting merchants export their product catalogue to price comparison and search engines.
  3. 2013–2014
Koongo is founded and the trademark registered. We launch our own SaaS service for automated feed generation, with early feed support for Amazon, Bol.com, Miinto, Idealo, Fruugo, and Beslist.
  4. 2015–2016
100+ channel integrations reached. Native connectors for Shopify and WooCommerce launched, alongside the Magento 2 plugin.
  5. 2017–2018
Koongo launches full marketplace API integration with order sync, starting with Amazon, followed by Beslist, Bol.com, Marktplaats, Miinto, and Cdiscount. 500+ projects reached.
  6. 2019–2020
eBay and Idealo join with full order sync. 1,000+ projects reached, and order management rolls out across every major store platform — Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and Lightspeed.
  7. 2021–2022
Spartoo joins Marketplace Manager. Zalando launches.
  8. 2023
Kaufland and Allegro join. 400+ integrations reached.
  9. 2024
Marketplace wizard rebuilt step-by-step, making it faster and easier to connect a new marketplace. OnBuy and Decathlon move to the new wizard flow.
  10. 2025
SecretSales, AboutYou, and Winkelstraat join Koongo.
  11. 2026
Koongo MCP launches, letting merchants manage their account by chatting with an AI assistant. Zalando and SecretSales get rebuilt V2 integrations. A new billing system and pricing introduce three distinct services — Feed Manager, Marketplace Manager, and Ads Manager — giving merchants clearer, modular pricing built around what they actually use.
  12. Today
1,500+ online stores. 500+ channel integrations. Continuous growth across new markets, new platforms, and new channels.

Our findings

Building Koongo taught us as much about running an e-commerce business as we teach our merchants. A few things we’ve noticed along the way:

  • Merchants rarely stop at one channel type — once they automate ads and comparison feeds, most add marketplace selling on top rather than picking one or the other.
  • The biggest setup blocker isn’t the technical connection — it’s category and identifier mapping (GTIN, EAN, marketplace-specific taxonomies) that trips merchants up before any feed or API issue does.
  • Personal support consistently outweighs price as the reason merchants stay — most decide to stick with Koongo after their first support conversation, not after comparing feature lists.
  • We built Koongo MCP because our own team started managing feeds and integrations by describing tasks to an AI assistant instead of clicking through screens — so we made that possible for merchants too.
